1. Who We Are

DiffSwarm provides a local command-line tool for AI-assisted pull-request review, available at diffswarm.com. For anything in this policy, contact us at [email protected].

2. What We Collect

• Account email. Used to log you in and to look up your subscription entitlement.
• Subscription status from Stripe. Stripe processes your payment; we receive your subscription status. We never see your card numbers.
• Login one-time codes. Stored hashed and expire within minutes.
• Basic support telemetry. The CLI version and command name with timestamps, used to help with support requests. Retained up to 90 days.

This website uses no analytics or tracking cookies.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect your source code, your diffs, or your review findings. Reviews run locally on your machine; the CLI contacts api.diffswarm.com only to validate your subscription.

AI inference goes directly from your machine to your own AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) under your own account. Your provider's privacy terms govern that traffic; it never passes through DiffSwarm.

4. Processors

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — API and website hosting.
• Resend — login-code and product emails.

5. Retention

Entitlement records are kept while your subscription is active. Support telemetry is retained for up to 90 days.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email [email protected] and we will delete your account data within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
