1. The Service

DiffSwarm is a local command-line tool (CLI) for AI-assisted pull-request review. It requires your own OpenAI Codex or Anthropic Claude Code CLI and account (“BYOK” — bring your own key). Your AI provider's terms govern your AI usage and token costs; DiffSwarm does not proxy or resell AI inference.

2. Subscription & Billing

The DiffSwarm subscription costs $14.99/month, billed via Stripe, and auto-renews monthly. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. To cancel, use the Stripe-hosted billing portal link in your receipt email, or email [email protected].

3. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. Email [email protected] within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund.

4. License

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license for one developer. Do not share your login credentials or redistribute the software.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not reverse engineer the entitlement system, and do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

6. Disclaimer

Reviews are AI-generated and may contain errors or miss issues. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. You remain responsible for your code and for any decisions made based on review output.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiffSwarm's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the service after changes take effect is acceptance of the updated terms.
